Key Results
- •Main Office now can open ticket for support, and will be ensured to be handled even when im not onsite
- •I can assess the urgency of each request, and fulfilled them in time-efficient manner, this led me to better use of my time, i know when i go to office what problem will i dealt with first.
- •Request ticket stays, so if needed, they can check my work, and their request at any time.
- •Still being used to this day, as i recently (as of 2024) get some called stating performance problem, i assume that simple system need to scale, so i id just that, managed to modify a bit of persist & load strategy, now old data will be seperated and is chunked every year. this should not occur again, atleast for this specific problem
Challenge
During Airport Project, main office is also in need of constant support. This, in turn can create chaos when not managed properly. Either their request is unfulfilled, or borderline ignored because i forget lots of things.
Solution
to make sure all of their ends met, i built simple ticketing system to track their request and make sure every single one of them is fulfilled.
