• •New IT Support can be integrated quickly by reading the daily report, and basically learn from it.

Challenge

Managing around 10 companies with only maintenance notes is exhausting and borderline lame. need to know what exactly happen at specific time? welp. open a maintenance notes, find it, what about the more specific specific?. basicaly not the way to do it

Proposed maintenance reporting tools for every IT Support. on every managed company, made a system out of it, log everything we do, structure it in a way that is efficient for business
