Challenge

Client was scaling but had no clue where their money went. Used Excel for everything, which led to data loss, manipulation, and inconsistent reports.

Solution

Built a no-nonsense internal tool tailored to their workflow. Used PHP & MySQL due to their budget constraint. Not my preferred stack, but it got the job done.
