1. No ownership. You're busy coding someone else's dream, building platforms you don't own. Sweat equity? Zero.

2. No business sense. You know your way around DDD but can't differentiate between net profit and revenue.

3. Comfort zone addiction. You optimize for code, not cash flow.

My Fix:

• Build a SaaS.
• Learn how money works.
• Own equity in the things you build.
